I want to make a label for limited edition prints that I can fill in as needed. What information is a must and what additional information might help the sale?

Info for the label should include:
The title of the piece
The number and edition number of the print (eg 25/100)
Your name
Appropriate copyright nfo
Size of the image
Optionally:
A llink to your contact info and edtioning statement
That should give you enough to get going.
Your studio phone number
First to clarify, I'm against editioning or numbering for photography because it's a false way of limiting how much photography can be sold, and doesn't add value to your work unless your name becomes collectible in the photography art world, not the art show world where everything is expected to be in editions of 250 or less.

The COA Your COA (certificate of authenticity) should have your name and contact information. It can have a short one or two sentence bio but it needs to have the total number of prints in the edition and whether they are different numbers based on size or all one size.
In other words, the COA needs to tell the customer exactly what they are getting and not leave anything up for question in the future.

I forgot to add the title of the piece (thanks Jim). And I also forgot to add that a signature is required. I should pay more attention to my own COA.
