  • Yes. If you use a tripod or some other way of steadying the camera and there are enough pixels. And the iphone blows out highlights very easily so make sure the light areas in your image still have detail.

    Are you planning on taking pictures of your art or booth and just uploading to ZAPP? It needs to be an iphone 4 or 5 series with an eight megapixel camera. And - the images need to be edited (cropped, color corrected, and sized properly) to be competitive.

    If you're planning on applying to any of the top shows that project the images, if your uploaded images are not 1920 pixels square with black borders, ZAPP will resize them and add the black borders, potentially degrading your JPEGs because you can't make a change to a JPEG and then resave without degrading it. Even if saved at maximum quality it's lower in quality than the image you uploaded. The more detail in your work, they more potential to degrade the image.

    Now, if you still want to shoot your artwork or booth with an iphone and directly upload. you can use the icab mobile browser. It's the only browser I know of that allows uploading images.
