Indoor Booth Setup

I apologize for what might be a stupid question, but....  I've just done my first show (outdoors) this past September - the Brandywine Festival in Wilmington, DE.  I purchased an EZ-UP tent and Flourish mesh display walls.  I'm wondering if I will need to invest in another display system for indoor shows.  I know Flourish sells an indoor frame to which I can attach the display walls I've got, but that's another fairly large expense.  Can you use a popup-type tent indoors?  I'm assuming not, and in retrospect, am thinking a ProPanel setup might have been worth the extra dollars up front for the versatility.

  • I use my canopy indoors, however, I take the canopy off and just use the frame. I hang my racks from the frame and add fabric to the frame to make it more attractive. You should make sure the ceilings are high enough for the canopy. I have an old frame that I can remove the center pole so it doesn't mater for me.

  • If the space is actually 10x10 you can use your canopy frame with the mesh walls indoors. I suggest getting there early in case the space is a little tight. I'd contact the show to make sure that there will be enough space.
