It is with heavy hearts that we inform you longtime festival administrator of the Brandywine Festival of the Arts and much beloved friend, Maureen B. Curry, has passed away. Maureen was a joyful advocate for artists and her legacy of diligent administration is witnessed in every aspect of the festival. She will be dearly missed.
We look forward to seeing you in September, and continuing the tradition of bringing people and artists together in Brandywine Park for over 50 years.

I personally did not know Maureen, but my sympathies go out to her family, friends, & all she has done "for the ARTS." It sounds like we need more people like her~RIP.
