I'm just wondering for liability purposes, do you usually sell your paintings ready for hanging (with wiring attached) or is it too much or a risk and better to let the customer have it framed or get it equipped for hanging? I'm just worried about the wiring not being stable enough, and at times I hang my pieces around my house just by the canvas frame itself.

  • Thank you so much for all your help! Could I ask you one more question; I checked out your website and noticed that you have copyrighted your photographs. I was wondering is that something that's necessary to do and if so, how do I go about doing it? Thanks again!

Paintings, photographs, or any other 2D art is normally sold ready to hang. You need to investigate professional quality hanging hardware if you have any questions.

The best source I can recommend is United Manufacturers Supplies:
    http://www.unitedmfrscatalog.com/home/index.htm

I also recommend picking up the phone and calling for information. It's the largest framing supply company that I know of.
