CONDITION: The tent is well-loved and older but incredibly strong and 100% waterproof. 2 minor tears near wall secondary zippers do not affect performance at all. Bought like that and been using it for years with no problem.
DELIVERY: I prefer pick-up but I can deliver to you up to 250 miles of one-way distance from Charlotte, NC.
