Any advice on professional tags for paintings to price them? I am not a fan of putting the price on a sticker I think it looks a little cheepish... The hang tags with string will fall off magically from the house to the show. Have Pro Panels so thinking something with velcro. Help

We've made beautiful price tags out of scrap booking paper that correlates with our overall theme. We cut it down to size and then we use a white label and center it on the cut paper for a frame effect. We either hole punch it and use textured twine or not hole punch and put on the wall and you could do that with velcro as well.
Thanks yall...I may go back to the old Matt board frame with the printed business card tags and some velcro to the back Waaaalaaaa. It does take some time but looks very professional.
I make mine similar to others. I print on sticker sheet and include my logo, contact info, QR code, name, size and price. Stick it on a piece of foamcore and when it sells, take it off and reuse the foamcore. I also stick one to the back of the painting, so they will always have my info and the info about the painting.
I print them onto full sheet sticker stock, then stick that onto foamcore to be cut to size. After that I velcro the back. They look nice and are easy to make. I also just put the price, that way I can reuse it for lots of paintings.
I'm working on tags for canvas prints and redoing the way I'm making them. I've used business card stock before with velcro on the back, but still didn't like the looks of them. I'm setting up a 2x3.5 inch document, which you do either in Photoshop or Word. I prefer PS since I can move the text around easier. I'm using glossy paper since it gives a crisper look and makes it look typeset. I'm gluing the paper to a piece of Foam-Cor the same size and placing the Velcro on the back. I'm adding data the same as a gallery card; title, date of creation, location of image, and the price in the lower corner.
I'm using white Foam-Cor and the paper background stays white. Depending on your preference, black Foam-Cor with the paper having reversed lettering with a black background and white lettering could be striking,
You could also use Word or Publisher to create several on one page and then laminate the page. Then cut them out to the size and shape you want. You could Velcro them just like that, or glue them to foam-cor and then Velcro the foam core. I make custom 'tags' that include a small photo of the work, along with my name, the title of the work with a copyright symbol and the the materials used to create the work, especially if I'm using buffalo bone or semi-precious materials; anything notable. I also add my website address, and email. I also make sure to give the customer the card in case they want to contact me.
Thanks yall. I did see some good plastic sleeves at the Uline business supplies that are the size of business cards that I could reuse and slide the tags inside. I like things square, wind makes me crazy so a flopping tag is out. I have seen so many clients walk away from a booth if they have to search for the price.
"How much is it? Don't know...artist was busy...we will come back later"....Riiiiight!

I get the blank business cards that you can print and then laminate them and put velcro on the back.
