Normally I use adhesive velcro coins to attach title/price cards to my Armstrong display panels, but the next show I'm doing provides aluminum mesh walls for us, so that method won't work. And aluminum isn't magnetic, so I can't use adhesive magnet tape on the backs, either. What's the usual best way to attach title cards to metal screen walls? Double-sided adhesive?

I have used picture hanging putty in the past for price cards. I have even used it on Flourish mesh walls. It is easily removable. Just pull of a very tiny bit and roll it into a ball. Press it on the back of your card and press the card against your wall or mesh screen. Galleries sometimes use this stuff, and there are many brands. I got mine at Michaels but here is a link for Amazon so you can see what it's like. http://www.amazon.com/Elmers-Removable-Adhesive-Orange-E625/dp/B000...
I use bobby pins.
Thanks, but I'm sorry, see my OP: velcro specifically WON'T work here, because velcro doesn't attach to metal. Drapery hooks are how I will hang the art itself, but you can't exactly put a hook into a title/price card.
I'm leaning toward buying tabs of double-sided adhesive tape, but I don't like that they're not removable/re-positionable. Once they're stuck on, they're on, no rearrangement.
We always used drapery hooks - basically made little signs and punched a hole in them at the top so they could hang from the hook. We affixed the signs to a piece of mat board to make them stiff -- shrink-wrapped the signs and punched the hole. Yes, a lot of little detail stuff, but my husband was very into the details.
Adhesive backed velcro probably will, as much as double sided adhesive tape will. You can always put the price signs into the edge of your frames.
