I am curious because I am trying to purchase some used walls and bar but I would like to know about what to expect when it comes to shipping. If anyone has shipped this recently and could lend some info it would be greatly appreciate!

Depends on who is doing the packing. It can cost a lot if you take them to a pack and ship place.
You were looking for EZUp mesh walls. Did you know that Flourish sells two versions depending on which EZUp type canopy you have? Have you made sure that they will fit correctly before going through the expense of shipping?
