What are the best things about art fairs
too many things to count! the opportunity to 'test drive' new ideas, listening to what people are talking about, networking with other working artists, traveling all over the country...this could be a long list!
Best show ever and why
Detroit Festival of the Arts 2006, it was my first chance to show in my hometown, the place that first inspired me... and i won Best in Show!
Worst show ever and why
Ojai Street Festival, a one day event, got lost looking for it, and i think a total of 15 people showed up, none of whom were interested in art, all they wanted to do was climb the rock climbing wall...
