What are the best things about art fairs
Networking with other artists as well as meeting my target market; it and they give me a lot of insight and inspiration.
Best show ever and why
I was in my 20's (now I'm a young 40 something) and had never heard of juried artists when I was approached and asked if I would enter my artwork in a show/competition. I didn't sell anything that day but that meeting proved to be worth more than any sale I've ever made!
Worst show ever and why
It was in a small rural town of central Maine and the show was more of an amateurs crafting paradise, I was looked upon as the crazy lady with the weird stuff that should never have a price tag or see the light of day!
