What are the best things about art fairs
Meeting people and experiencing the love and appreciation they have for my work.
Best show ever and why
St. James Court Art Show was one of the most meaningful shows I’ve ever done. I won 2nd place in my section, and it felt like confirmation that I was moving in the right direction. Two years earlier, I had been laid off from my welding job. I was offered another position with a different company, but I decided to take a chance on myself and pursue art full time. That moment reminded me that betting on myself was the right decision.
Worst show ever and why
Honestly, I can’t say I’ve ever had a “worst” show. Every show teaches me something, and I try to look at every experience as part of the learning process.
Who referred you to ArtFairInsiders.com? Please be specific.
My husband actually. We were online looking for new tents for art fairs, and he came across the site.
What is one fun fact about yourself?
I’m a self-taught artist with a welding background, which is why texture and metallic details play such a big role in my work.
