What are the best things about art fairs
Meeting the people who collect my work. Getting to know what they like and seeing their reaction. Especially people who want to do art full-time.
Best show ever and why
Hard to say because I switched mediums a few years back. However with my oil painting I would say the best show so far was the June Charlevoix art show. Extremely easy setup and break down and high dollar sales. Can't beat the location either.
Worst show ever and why
South Street Arlington Texas. Show seem to be poorly promoted very few people there. Least amount of business cards I've ever handed out. Only one email sign up.

I've known about Art Fair Insiders for a while but just saw a post on Facebook which reminded me to sign up.
What is one fun fact about yourself?
I'm a nationally known rustic furniture maker and the creator of the Bass Pro fish and animal benches that are seen throughout the country. I've been in over 100 National magazines for my rustic furniture but now I've switched to doing impressionistic oil paintings.
