What is one fun fact about yourself?

My nick name "erninator" came from an over-confident 18 year old Karate student laying down on the mat at my feet during Karate class. He learned a couple valuable lessons - "I'm not Bruce Lee" and "50 year olds are to be taken seriously".

  • I've heard good things about Boseman, too. The one in Billings is one to avoid according to the locals. Ft. Benton was so much fun. It's like driving into the 60's, with whole familys enjoying the fair together. Didn't see many kids with phones in their faces. Parade of mostly vintage cars went right past our tent with hay wagons carrying members of each graduating class since the 50's. The park is where the Steamboats docked on the Missouri River. Lots of historic stuff and next to the museum. The former mayor bought one of my paintings and invited us back.

  • Hello, Ernie. Thanks a million for your comment on my page. Get well soon, friend! My wife and I will investigate that Ft. Benton, MT show. We're also considering Sweat Pea Festival in Bozeman for the first weekend in August, but it costs a bit more than the Ft. Benton event. Still looks pretty good. There aren't many like Ft. Benton offering lower fees like that. We haven't been in that area of Montana for a long time and look forward to it.

Thanks again and god speed. Warm regards, Barrie

  • Ernie, thank you so much for supporting Art Fair Insiders during our 2015 Pledge Drive.
  • Thats a great way to start Ernie.
I did Jay and Lynn Contway's shows for years, Geat Falls is a good market for western/wildlife art.
Good luck in your future shows!
