What are the best things about art fairs

The look on people's faces when they first see my work and they really love it. It's a genuine look that makes me want to hug them. I fade into the background for them, it's the work they want to concentrate on and that's the way it should be! I also love meeting the other artists that are happy people! It's nice to connect with others that have the same problems and highs and lows.

Best show ever and why

Marietta Art on the Square, I think it's called. It's been years ago. It was the first show that I did well at and what a high! It was also a very pretty venue and I just had a ball. I think that was 2004.

Worst show ever and why

The first. 4 Bridges, Chattanooga. I had such high hopes and was fully confident of the work itself but I didn't sell at all. Maybe $100 worth and it was heartbreaking and so destructive to my newcomers confidence!

Who referred you to ArtFairInsiders.com? Please be specific.

I think I just found it by googling a show.
