I am interested in purchasing or renting Pro Panels for a 10 x 10ft tent for a show that I have in Westchester, NY during the weekend of September 23rd and 24th.
We went to New Iberia, LA, for an art and craft show that is all handmade. We have done it before and loved it. However it had been about a year since we did it because of the demise of our tent in early 2016.
I am upgrading to a Trimline and I watch most people toss the canopy top in the back of their truck.... but this makes me so nervous. What if it pops a hole or tears. Have you found a tote that is big enough? A bag?
I saw that AFI'er Brian Bekun did this one. I'm curious as to how it went this year. I am considering sharing a booth with my journeyman for a show next year and this one would be an add on at the end of the season, not impacting my other shows.
I read a post on breakdown display cases. Larry Bergman had posted. I googled the company's Dynamic Display and Arizona. Not what I was looking for.
This past weekend a jeweler had simple ones that were flat and also a couple 3 shelf. The frame was a
I live in Ohio and can easily drive 9 hours to a show, but I would like to start doing shows as far away as TX and CO next year. I know a lot of artists drive that far, but I'm wondering if anyone ships their art to shows (other than jewelers).
What are you doing this weekend? Have a show? Prepping for the fall show season by working on your art/craft? Working on your booth set up or trailer? Are you taking a weekend off before the season ramps up?

last week thunderstorm broken my tent. I just graduated from college last year, so a used one is probably the best option. I live in PA. I am able to come get it if it is within 300 miles. My email is wgp8@hotmail.com
Mark came to art fairs after a whole other life with great enthusiasm. With his wife Julie they created glass sculptural works that were exhibited at tons of shows and they had a lot of fun doing it. He was a great guy, big smiles, energy and fun. H
These 2 print bins are made using the Armstrong metal stands that we purchased in 1980! We modified them and had newer birch boxes made. Armstrong no longer makes this style. We had the stands custom built by them so we could back them up together to
I was sorry to see the last thread that discussed this topic ending in a flame war. I think the op brought up a good point and I wanted to comment on it.
I am one of those photographers who also "does it all", from image capture to final print. I
Just joined Art Fair Insiders after my first - somewhat uneven - first year. I'm a photographer and learned a ton about what sells, what doesn't and, interestingly, what my own style was. It was a tremendous learning journey and I'm psyched for a sec
I do indoor and outdoor shows. The hanging system I've used for years is Mesh Panels by Flourish (http://www.flourish.com/meshpanel_features). Over the weekend, I bought Pro Panels, so will be selling my Mesh Panels. I'm in Springfield, MO. Below is
I have a Light Dome which I've used twice. I'd prefer to sell the lower stabars and light grey sheerly mesh walls too. The canopy included carrying bags for poles and walls.
