After covid and all that has changed, we’re leaving the art show business.

We have a complete setup that includes:

Trimline Tent 10x10 7ft height

Set of black soft walls (pop up size, but fit Trimline)

Pro Panels Knockdown walls 3x30” and 2x25.5”

Pro Panel print bin 30”

Pro Panel quick bins 4x25.5”

Pro Panel skirts 9x30” 3x25.5”

Jack Richeson small canvas print bin new in box

Jack Richeson large canvas print bin new in box

Gorilla Cart for “dolly in” shows

Kettle Bells for tent weights 2x45# 2x55# (Much easier to carry than most weights as the kettle bells have handles)

The trimline tent has two door wall upgrades with one door wall riser, a 30” awning and a quick riser pole.

The tent has been used in 6-8 shows and the other items used even less.  The full setup was $4000 new and we will sell it all for $2400 firm.

We will sell in parts, but only as listed below:

ProPanels, Quick Bins, Print bin, Pro Panel skirts and canvas print bins $975

Soft Walls without stay bars: $500

The tent will only be sold with all items of after the above listed items have sold.  Thanks for your understanding.

All items can be picked up in metro Atlanta in the Peachtree City/Newnan area south of Atlanta.  Sorry, no shipping.

The picture posted was from the second to last show with the tent. You can see the condition of tent.

I will update this post when items sell.

    • As posted yesterday, sale pending. Post will be updated again on June 8.

  • Hi Christopher. Do you know the maximum weight supported by each knockdown/soft wall?

    • David, I’m not sure there is a maximum weight specifcation. I would say, as I think others would, that every setup is different and that a bunch depends on how you set up your display.  On the soft walls, I’ve seen them set up by people very well and stretched nice and tight and set up by others very poorly where the wall is just flapping loose. When we stretch the softwalls tight, they hold significant weight. But, I personally wouldn’t put heavy glass fronted items on them.  They are great for paintings or the photo canvases we hung on them.

As for the knockdown panels, somewhat the same answer; depends on your setup.  The panels can be setup with minimal or maximum anchoring to the tent. That affects the maximum weight they will support.  Also, we have two different hangars we used on the walls.  We had the ProPanel metal segment hangars and some long wires.  The metal segements carry more weight.

We had a previous popup tent with the same walls and then the Trimline.  The Trimline will support a bunch of weight.  A popup just won’t. The ProPanels hold a more similiar amount of weigh in either tent but still depend on anchor points for ultimate stability.

Bottom line, this setup will hold significant weight, but you have to set it up carefully and pay attention to the details.

Sorry for the long answer to what you were probably hoping was just a number.

      • Ok, thank you for the response. It is very helpful!

Another question: How long would you say it took to set up the tent on average (as pictured)?

        • The first time you set up a Trimline tent will take hours and likely will be frustrating.  With practice and developing your own system, the tent setup can be accomplished in 30-45 minutes. The art takes longer as the hanging of art is very personal. Some artists seem to have a set design and go quickly. Others do something different for every show. We could get the whole thing setup in two hours after some practice and repetition.

          • Ok, thanks. I appreciate your time and help! I do have another question regarding transport, size and volume. When transporting this, do you need a separate trailer or will a minivan with take out seats work?

            • We used a Honda Odyssey for every show we did. We removed all but the front seats.

              • Awesome! I live in Central Florida, about 7.5 hours from Peachtree City. I’m serious and interested. I did read your price is firm, but if could compromise some and accept say $2000 in cash, I would drive up this week or weekend depending on your schedule.
