Hello- we are fairly new to the art fair circuit and and realizing quickly how cumbersome it is transporting our large gridwork panels from or vehicle to our set-up site. Has anyone got any suggestions as to what has worked for them?

  • The used 24" x 84" panels I recently bought have the middle cut out of them which makes them a lot lighter. The previous owners had velcro panels that went over the openings. Don't know yet if forgoing on also buying the velcro panels was a mistake. I have my first show next week, so I guess I shall see.

  • I wrap them (6) in a moving blanket & then ratchet strap them across  and length wise. Makes it a lot easier transporting them with a hand truck.

  • In the past I used gridwall panels that were 24 x 72. I easily transported them with the Rock n Roll cart I still use. They easily stood upright under the foldable handles and were never a problem.
