My understanding is that our cultural meme is changing from "Time is Money," to "Time is Art." My sense is that the underlying change here may have something to do with us as creators, rather than doers. It is an interesting shift! I love the process of sitting down before a full of potential blank canvas and then releasing the courage to make the first stroke.
I am in the process of creating art to take to a first show and to learning and sharing here all the steps in between -- choosing the show, entering my submission to the show, doing the acceptance dance, participating in the show, evaluating the entire process for repeat events. The show road calls!
