Stan Baker, owner of Highers Pottery Studio in Ann Arbor, will make his 34th appearance at the Ann Arbor Art Fairs this month. He started making pots while at Community High School.

Stan, congratulations. Wow, it was great hearing about Sonny Dalton. I remember getting a booth in Ann Arbor, by going to Vic's office and picking one out. The next year, I had to stand in line overnight!!! I still live in Whitefish, Stan--do you still ski? Kelly Ross Bort
I'd love to see a list of people who have been in the Guild since the beginning. I was speaking with Roxie Dalton the other day. Her husband Sonny was one of the instigators and participants -- Ruth and Walter Pinkus, who else? Vic Gutman who took it over has moved on to Omaha to run events there.
