It's been awhile since I've been here. If you use Square for credit card processing,beware if you need to use "Offline"!
Worked in Detroit,MI this weekend and after taking 35 transactions (!!) came home and the wifi at the hotel ran the charges...guess what, none took!???
Customer service said that the charges were "denied" by "the bank". 35 transactions, 35 different people, most likely 35 different banks! ALL BANKS DENIED??? Square suggested that we get "in touch" with our customers? Who takes takes phone numbers if the transaction looks to have gone through as Square "required" signatures on ALL sales!
Needless to say ,this ZEROED out our show!!!
PS Square didn't notify us via the APP that there was any problem???
