I am getting a bit distracted with the various sales tax filing requirements. I realized I now have sales tax licences in 11 states, and several local jurisdictions. Most of the states I one, or two, or no shows in a year. So, perhaps I ought to travel less, but I will keep traveling while I can, eventually I won;t be able to, as age catches us all (if we are lucky, but that is another topic.)
Does anyone know of a sales tax filing service that can handle the various paperwork requirements on a quarterly basis?
Yes, I do have a CPA, he handles state and federal income taxes for me, but local sales taxes are probably not a good use of his time (read, expensive).

I have several states to do also. I am doing them myself with noting monthly on the calendar as to what needs to be done. I would think that anyone who does small time bookkeeping would be happy to do this for you? Best wishes.

I was thinking someone may know of a service that just does sales tax forms; the actual sales tax calculations aren't too hard, quickbooks does that for me, it is just the different paperwork requirements, and when they are due, are an annoyance. I find that structured non creative activities (filling out forms) interfere with the 'creative flow' in my studio. hence, perhas there is a service.
