If you are looking for someone to take digital images of your work, I strongly recommend Larry Berman.

I priority mailed him six of my pieces last Tuesday and by Friday, I was viewing the digital images online.  We discussed some changes (mainly cropping) on the phone on Friday and while I was on the phone with Larry, he made the changes and posted them.  I had my work back from Larry by the following Monday.

I delayed in my final choices, but as soon as I gave Larry the OK, he uploaded the images to ZAPP!  I'll get a CD with the images on it probably today or tomorrow.

To speed things along, I had Larry review some potential images of my work ahead of time to narrow down my selections that I sent to him.  Larry gave me some great feedback and I actually created a piece to fill a gap we discussed.

It couldn't have gone quicker (and I wasn't in a rush!), I couldn't be happier and Larry couldn't have been more professional. BTW, in the past I had used a photographer I met at a local show.  The guy was a great photographer, but I don't think had the proper experience to photograph 2D art, let alone deal with the ZAPP formatting.  A good photographer of landscapes doesn't necessarily make a good digital image for jurying photographer.

Thanks Larry!
