I am about to order Flourish mesh panels for an EZ-UP. Wondering if 4-5 round weights stacked on each leg will work with that bottom metal bar? All the photos I see on their site of a setup like mine have the metal bar about 6 inches from the ground, and I don't know how that would work with my weights, since stacked they are about 10-12 inches high (and I hoped not to have to buy new ones).

  • I use the same tent/wall set up and I'm pretty sure that the weights you mention are not going to fit with the lower bar in place. You might get one or two but not 5 on each leg. I also considered the PVC option but those take up so much space. I also found that anything attached to the legs above the lower rail need to be accommodated when closing your tent sides at night. I use bag weights and actually lay the bags across the bars one on each corner, so that I can also close up my tent sides at night. I've never had a problem with them that way. I bought them on Amazon for less than 20 for the 4 and filled them with pea gravel from Lowes. Put a plastic bag inside before you fill them and that way you don't have problems with the filler falling out or holding lots of water in case of rain. BTW I LOVE my mesh walls! I've been using them for 7 years and they are easy to install, hang my art and pack away and also let air through. Good choice! 12372944087?profile=RESIZE_930x

    • Thank you Susan! This is very helpful and answers my question perfectly!

    • Above is an example of what I mean. The metal bar is low to the ground and I am not sure if my weights will work. I see here that they have the PVC hanging weights.
