I have 40 plus with 4 sliding hooks per cable. Someone stole the ones like you are asking for which would have cost shy of $3K to replace so I made my own. Actually works as good if not better. Plus I have extra inventory of cable, hooks and ends to double what I've already made.
please contact me if you're interested and I'll shoot you a picture. It'll cost you 10cents on the dollar this way and no one will be able to tell the difference.
