Hi Julie
I am photographer and I did the Mill Valley Show last year. It is a very dark show. If you have access to power bring some lights. Dust and dirt is also a very big concern. The show is located within a redwood forest so your work will get dirty. Load in and load out is hard. I had to load out and load in from a school parking lot which is about a block away. So be patient.
