Hello everyone,

 

I’m a photographer based in northern New Jersey, and I’ll be participating in my first outdoor art show in Bloomfield, NJ on the weekend of June 20.

 

Before investing several thousand dollars in a professional art fair setup, I’d like to try a few shows first to see whether this is a good fit for me. Because of that, I’m interested in renting a complete professional booth package from an experienced artist.

 

Ideally, I’m looking for:

 

• A professional art fair tent such as a Trimline, Light Dome, or similar setup
• Mesh panels or display walls suitable for hanging framed photography
• Transportation to and from the show site in Bloomfield, NJ
• Assistance with setup on Friday and breakdown on Sunday evening
• A brief walkthrough on how everything works

 

I’m happy to pay approximately $400 for the rental and assistance, though I’m open to discussing a fair arrangement. I’m hoping to learn from experienced artists while keeping my initial investment reasonable.
