Dropping off art for an auction - liability waiver

Hello!
Does anyone have a good liability waiver template that we could use? We are participating in a few auctions and have to drop off the art way before the event. We want something simple that they sign when they take possession. Thank you!

Is this photograph really worth $4.3 million?

  An undisclosed buyer paid $4.3 million for a photograph by Andreas Gursky on Tuesday last week at Christie's Auction House in New York.  The photo was origionally estimated to bring in between $2.5 and $3.5 million.
