Posted on the East Lansing Art Fair web site this morning: There are no plans to cancel the show and if they do, artists will get their booth fees refunded.
I wish all of you would A) email your shows that you're planning on doing and ask for an update on their show. Specifically ask where they stand on cancellation and if their show will offer a refund if they cancel. B) Then post your response here on AFI so everyone can have a heads up. I'm sure a number of people emailed East Lansing and to their credit they gave a quick response. It's important to email your shows so we all know what they intend to do.

An update from East Lansing. They are extending the deadline for booth payment three weeks until April 1st. Kudos to Heather and the committee. I hope the show goes on because I want to meet these people.
