Congratulations to Kelly Kindred the new Director of the Art Colony Association who run the Bayou City Art Festival in Houston, Texas. Kim Stoilis, who formerly held this position has moved onto the Houston International Festival. Congrats are in order for her.
In late August Kelly stepped into her predecessor's position and is running in place to have everything ready when you all head to Houston in a few weeks. She took a few days and showed up at the ZAPP conference in Atlanta, but left early-- way too much to do back home.
