I only started to do shows in California since doing shows in Spokane WA where I live was barely paying for the booth. Having a daughter in San Jose and another in Benicia I am looking for shows that are close to them. So many are too expensive or found that customers are so busy drinking and having fun dancing that they do not have the money to buy. Its great for the City but not for the artist. Or a lot of the vendors are selling really cheap art that you know you cannot compite. I am really hoping that 2011 will be good to us all and I just found all of you. Also because of the ArtFair Insider I found a place to get Visa for a really good price and also not cost an arm and a leg.
Does anyone know of a company that help set up booths for those that are alone, or even just set up the EZ tent?
If anyone knows of shows going on around San Jose and Benicia that does not cost so much please
