Greeting card holders

Does anyone have any ideas on what to make or buy to hold greeting cards. I want to be able to display them hanging up on my pro panels and not on a table. Any suggestions that would help would be great.

-Thanks

  • You might try www.storesupply.com   They have a lot of great items at decent prices.

  • You can purchase clear vinyl by the yard (Loews, JoAnn Fabric, Hobby Lobby, Wal Mart), then do a 4' by 6' (or whatever dimensions you want). Then sew straight lines horizontally and vertically, on the order of a shoe bag with pockets. Then the cards slide easily into the slots. Since its clear vinyl you can easily view the image through the vinyl.  Usually runs approximately $6/yd.

Secondly, you can go to www.tebostorefixtures.com, and look for Wall Mount J-Racks – shaped like a J.  They have holes on each side at the back top to fit hooks into to hang on a pegboard or your panels.  You can find the hooks at JoAnn Fabrics.  This is the description:  [Wall mount J-Racks for greeting cards, small, packaged cards and CD's. Available open ends or closed ends. Made of 1/8" thick acrylic. Size: 2.5" front lip, 3.5" back, depth is 1.75" outside, 1.5" outside].   They are $10/ea.  Hope these ideas help.

  • Donna, here is an idea you may want.  The Photographer's Edge  -  www.Photographersedge.com.  I have used some of their products and I have always liked what I bought.  They have all kinds of products there dealing with cards.  They have racks, bags, etc.

    • Thank-you for the info. This will definitely work!

  • Thank-you all for the wonderful suggestion, Jacqueline I think the acrylic racks are just what I'm looking for.

    -Thanks again everyone

  • I use these with my ProPanels:

    http://tebostorefixtures.com/shop/product.php?productid=16243&c...

They're clear acrylic racks that have a small hole in the upper corners that fit curtain hooks or the smaller curtain-style hooks that I get at JoAnn Fabrics.  I have 2 acrylic racks that I hang one under the other on the wall, each displaying five cards across with 5-6 copies of each card in the rack.

  • If you cards are bagged in a clear bag, you might try putting a velcro dot on the back.  I don't use Pro Panels, but I think velcro will stick to it.

    • Another suggestion would be clips that you could attach to your ProPanels.  Office Depot calls them Cubicle Clips
