chicagoland craft fairs

chicagoans - help - i had a horrible experience at the glenwood arts fest in rogers park - was next to the bandstand and music was blaring all day - i couldn't talk to customers - it was depressing and i didn't even go back the 2nd day

as i gear up for the holidays, want to be sure i make good choices - renegade, bucktown??  other ideas abt good fairs that are affordable?

    Oh Nancy, I feel so bad for you. I would hate to have been placed right next to or near the band area all day. I wouldn't have gone back the next day either! I don't think artists should be placed near bands. I would include a note on my applications requesting not to be placed near any bands in the future. I haven't been to either of those shows, but I wish you good luck with the rest of your shows this year.
