Does anyone know where I can get an Armstrong Industries "Arrangement" display system or something similar? I saw one recently and liked it so much I tried to buy it from the potter who had it. He said "no way"...

Wondering if you have found one yet? I am parting with mine and have many panels and many many shelves. Let me know and I will get the info and photos to you.
Today was and is crazy so I won't be able to call back today. I will try tomorrow (Thursday).

Hi Alton,
I imagine you have been very busy lately. What are your thoughts regarding "The Arrangement" art display. If you are interested, great. If not, I would like to repost it to see if anyone else is interested. I want to make sure I give you first dibs.

Hi Alton,
This is what I found out regarding shipping...
1 frame measures 39"x32"x1.25" and weighs 5 lbs.
2 Shelves - for corner - weighs 5 lbs total
I tried many configurations and found that if I ship using USPS in a box 41"x35"x4" which can potentially fit 2 frames and 2 shelves for one corner shelf so you have a triangular shelf display, it can weigh 15 lbs and ship for $77.90.
6 frames without shelves can ship for the same price but I can include the T-bars that can be attached to the end of the shelf so you make your own shelves and some extra bars that can be attached to create multiple levels for the shelves. I would have to play around with packing the boxes but want to know if the price will work for you first.
I have 8 frames total available in the size listed above. I also have 4 frames that are 39"x37"x1 1/4". 2 can ship at the $77.90 price.
Now, I may be wrong about some of these prices, but I spent some time on the USPS site trying different dimensions and weights to get the most items shipped for the lowest price. You may have better luck with another company.
The photos show one of the two pieces that make up the corner shelf with the T-bar attached so it sits in the groove at the top of the frame. You can check out the photos I posted earlier and see the two shelves and the frames.

Leanne,
I have had a financial emergency that will preclude my purchasing your shelving. I am deeply disappointed as I am sure you are after all your efforts getting information for me. I do hope you can sell them to someone else soon and hope things go well for you!
Alton,
Thank you for letting me know. I had to take the photos and prepare it all anyway, so no problem. I wish you the best of luck!

I am glad that you pointed it out because that is the allure of it - it can fit any space. I took photos of the zig-zag arrangement and the original paper/description that I was given so you can see some of the other configurations. There are also some brackets so multiple shelves can be placed at mid-range but I don't have my shelves fastened together to do that. The metal edge just has to be moved to attach the smaller triangle and larger ones together to make a continuous triangle. I always used the higher level to place work and the lower to store work, so I didn't find a need for the mid-level shelving option.

Leanne,
I am still looking. Please send info and photos. Thanks!
