Are these 6ft or 7ft panels? Standard legs or telescoping legs? How old are they?

They are 6 foot panels and with the legs they are 6' 4"
The legs are not quit telescoping but they have little feet that screw in and out to level it. I will update soon with a date of when they were purchased. I am selling these for my Dad as he just retired from doing art shows. They're definitely several years old, but they were only used 1-2 times a year for the bigger shows. I'm also updating the post with a picture of them set up at a show.
