Permalink Reply by jenna on February 5, 2010 at 10:04am The quickest way would be to go to a Sam's Club or Cosco Club. They sell canopies which include sidewalls, an awning, and a carry bag. But...canopies are seasonal so there is no guarantee they would have them in stock. Get on the phone and call Sam's Clubs & Cosco's. Sam's sell EZ-up. Cosco's sell Caravan.
Cost is about $225 per canopy
Also jump on Craig's List.
Your other option is to order on-line and pay rush shipping. You are running up against the clock on this option.
Another option is to call rental companies in the area of your shows. Some of them rent canopies. You might try googling --- party rental equipment (followed by the name of a large town near your event)

re-reading my message (especially with the spelling error) i guess it was a little unclear. the art shows are DIFFERENT weekends. on is on feb 13-14 and the other is the folling (following) weekend nov 21- 22.
more importantly - any help on booth and walls? mostly walls...we can get a cheap tent for now but can't find walls!!!
