Permalink Reply by denice bizot on July 9, 2010 at 7:37pm We recently started using a similar velcro hook called Prohangers with our Pro Panel displays. The hooks will hold my largest (18"x18") framed mixed media pieces that weigh only a few pounds. However, unlike a curtain hook which can be anchored into the Pro Panel foam core, the velcro hanger is anchored only by the exterior carpet material. This causes the heavier pieces to sag somewhat, especially in high humidity. But the advantage of these hooks is clear when displaying our smaller, lighter pieces. I still use the strap or cable hangers for the heavier stuff.

Permalink Reply by Debbie Roberts on December 16, 2010 at 1:43pm We use pro hangers for our metal wall art. I agree that the main problem is not with the velcro, but with the display carpet sagging in hot weather. I try to spread the load weight with extra hangers from the bottom and the top.
