What are the best things about art fairs
Dealing directly with people to make sales. The community doing an art fair among other artists!
Best show ever and why
Coconut Grove, about 20 years ago! People were just in line with armfuls of my work, thrusting $100 bills at me, LOL. The Columbus Arts Festival has been good for me, also many years ago....same reason, Always loved the TACA shows as peaceful feeling, art only atmosphere as well.
Worst show ever and why
There was one in Virginia especially painful, don't recall name. I don't like being near loud music, I do like to be able to talk relaxed with people.
Who referred you to ArtFairInsiders.com? Please be specific.
I found it when googling Coconut Grove artist reviews. I'm interested in getting back to more arts festivals (I sell in galleries, took time away from fairs with a young child) and wanted to see what the ARTISTS were saying. This is an awesome site to be able to share, fantastic!
