What are the best things about art fairs
The opportunity to show your work. The people who come to look and buy. Even if they don't buy, the way artwork is appreciated. Meeting other artists.
Best show ever and why
Rockaway Music and Art Show, Queens N.Y. I paint landscapes all around the area near where I live. I have painted many scenes on the water and many other scenes in the area. People see familiar scenes and really relate to them. I have been fortunate to have sold a lot and had great times. Unfortunately the show no lounger exists.
Worst show ever and why
Mystic Outdoor Art Show. I rained all day on Saturday. The next day there were hurricane warnings.The weather ruined the show.

I already get ArtFairinsiders.com I clicked on this because it was named, call for artists. I clicked on it from ArtFairInsiders.com I hope this is something different. I am looking for shows to enter paintings not the art fair itself.
What is one fun fact about yourself?
The fun thing about me is I am looking for New York City art shows and there is barely any art shows. I see shows in upstate N.Y. but nothing in the city or the surrounding boroughs. I already have been doing the Gracie Square Art Show for many years. I used to do the Washington Square Show for many years also. That show was not very good any more. Do you know of any other N.Y.C. shows? I do know about bwac.org I will do something with them next year.
