What are the best things about art fairs
Meeting new and revisiting clients; being among other artists! Watching the interest and reaction to my fine art photography. Each time I reach the end of a show, I come away inspired for new work!
Best show ever and why
This is going to sound weird but, for me, my best show ever was March 2011--Frisco Arts in The Square. It taught me that I CAN put up a canopy and hang artwork in around 60mph winds with temperatures in the 20's! I thrive on the learning experiences.
Worst show ever and why
Oh gosh! Fortnuately, I really don't think I've had a "worst" show. I suppose that Texas Country Reporter in Waxahachie, TX last year was the one I had to work the hardest at for sales--ONLY because of the rainy drizzle and the threatening tornado at the end of the day!
