What are the best things about art fairs
interaction with art lovers, meeting new people, hustle and bustle of excited shoppers and gratitude for feeling appreciated for the hard work and time spent to make beautiful art.
Best show ever and why
Art on the Avenue. I've done for almost a decade (excluding this year, due to Covid). The coordinators are amazing. The crown have the streets filled from 10AM-6PM. I've made wonderful friends with other vendors and have had repeat business. It's the best!
Worst show ever and why
West End Farmers Market in Alexandria VA. There was little support from the coordinators. The hours were 9AM-1PM and the foot traffic was little. Some days I would make $0, which is not worth time and effort to set up and break down.

What is one fun fact about yourself?
I dream about beads and new designs. I am proud to have acrylic paint on my hands and feet after finishing a painting because that makes me feel authentic as a true artist.
