First show ever
2008, small Christmas show in Michigan, but at this point doing markets and festivals is my full time job.
What are the best things about art fairs
As a vendor-showcasing the work that I put my blood, sweat and tears in and getting a wonderful reception back from the patrons of the fair; meeting wonderful people, both artisans and patrons and making money and what I LOVE to do!
Best show ever and why
Georgetown TX Christmas Stroll Festival. Great organization, wonderful entertainment, easy set up and break down, happy crowds, the square it was located on was just lit up beautifully.
Worst show ever and why
Showed up at a really unorganized show which I was prepared to do the standard 10x10 set up and found out when I got there that it was only allowing 1 table per vendor...Would have been nice if this was in the instructions.
