What are the best things about art fairs
direct contact with people and the opportunity to communicate about my work to customers and other makers alike
Best show ever and why
smithsonian craft show (2011) and washington craft show in dc: good sales, great appreciation of my work and, most importantly, knowledgeable and informed crowd.
Worst show ever and why
Telluride/Colorado (2008): no sales....on top of mountain (as beautiful as you can imagine), but no place for my industrial work and set up; and acc/atlanta, few years back.

What is one fun fact about yourself?
i melt my own alloys, pull my own wire and sheet metal, deep into process.... and love to talk about it.
