What are the best things about art fairs
For me art fairs are a great way to get feed back as to what people really like. I am able to talk directly to a audience, and see what my buyers like. It then translates into my gallery showings.
Best show ever and why
My best show so far is the essence festival (Essence magazine) in new Orleans"what a ride" got to meet a lot of great artist.
Worst show ever and why
I did a group show with the arts council in my area.I had a lot of lookers, but no takers. simply because it was a show with only artist.There really was no general public,it was artist admiring other artist. It was enjoyable to see other artist I knew but expectations were not met.
