What are the best things about art fairs

Selling stuff! :) Showing off my work and have it be appreciated.

Best show ever and why

I did a small outdoor show as a favor to a friend last fall. It was so hot and not that well attended but it gave me a chance to talk to other vendors and pick their brains a bit. I still ended up having a decent day even with light traffic.

Worst show ever and why

I did a Christmas bazaar a couple years ago that was not well promoted or organized. It was full of mostly Mary Kay type sellers. It turned out to be a big waste of a weekend when there were a couple other shows I could have done instead. Or just stayed home and played with the kids.

Who referred you to ArtFairInsiders.com? Please be specific.

I found it in a Facebook group about designing displays.

What is one fun fact about yourself?

I'm the president of the local coin club. (My jewelry is all made from coins)
