Best show ever and why
12th Annual Texas Masters of Fine Art and Craft Invitational Show. Because it was in a lovely venue with no admission cost and serious collectors came and bought. And they only had 2 rules for artists: Be Nice and Don't do anything stupid!
Worst show ever and why
Too many to list. They were bad because the show directors didn't understand or care what the artists needed, gave too many ambiguous instructions and valued their rules over artists' convenience. I have had a festival staff member say to me,"We don't care how good you are or how many times you've done this show, we can have another jeweler here to take your spot in 30 minutes."
