What are the best things about art fairs
Selling my art, meeting collectors and establishing a relationship. Meeting other artistist, friendships...and travel.
Best show ever and why
Too many...once you figure which shows "fit", those shows should all be your best ever.
Worst show ever and why
Many, many, many years ago; Bardstown, KY Next to a person selling home canned goods on a card table, and on the other side a card table with hand sewn Barbie clothes. I have only left a show early once...this was it! I was set up blocking an alley, so after a lot of "thinking" Saturday night, I pulled into the alley early Sunday morning and loaded up. (Had a new KD and Armstrong display grids). The woman with Barbie clothes "told" on me. The promoter came over and told me if I left early I would never be able to do the show again...yep, uh-huh! ;)
