Linda, A model no less?! WOW! Beautiful and talented... what are the odds? lol Thanks for the Welcome In... I am very excited and a bit overwhelmed simultaneously, but very happy to be a part of the community!
Have not found out any more on the show. There is also a popular show going on at the same time right on Michigan ave. So There may be some traffic that filters over from there. It's the Howard Allen or something like that show? I'm thinking it should be good. Amy is a great promoter and is quite good at what she does! Maybe I'll see you at the show? I'll be in booth # 425. Have a great show!
Well I'm a bit embarrassed....ok, I a lot embarrassed. I just saw your friend request...yikes. I didn't see the notification in the sidebar until today or ifI saw it, it just didn't register that it was for me...
I'm delighted to be a part of your creative community.
Thanks. You're my very first "friend" here. I'm an old guy, but a newbee in this art festival business. And totally new in the online social network world. I just attended my first "real" art festival in Melbourne FL, where I ran into Nels Johnson, a photographer who blogs here, who told me about this web site. By the way, it looked to me like the jewelery makers were the only group that "did well" there. Or at least the ones who had something to sell for less than $200. Anyway, I sold one piece - thank goodness I wasn't skunked - but $1,600 isn't going to cut it. Anyway, I hope to find my way into this business here! Thanks for the contact. Oscar
