is held on the shores of beautiful Lake Morton in downtown Lakeland.

Mayfaire by-the-Lake launched in 1971 as a small crafts fair on the lawn of the Lakeland Public Library, but, in the decades since, it has grown into one of Florida’s largest and most celebrated annual outdoor art festivals.

One of the oldest arts festivals in Central Florida, Mayfaire has been ranked among Sunshine Artist Magazine’s “200 Best Art Shows” for ten years in a row. Need more convincing? Come see for yourself why Mayfaire has such a great reputation!

Art Birmingham celebrates its 45rd year in 2026. This highly regarded art fair takes place on the streets surrounding the lovely Shain Park, in downtown Birmingham (MI). Surrounded by convenient parking for fairgoers and within easy access to the many unique stores and fabulous restaurants of downtown Birmingham, the event will showcase jury selected artists in an elegant and extraordinary setting.
