I daresay your writs is coming along very well. yes I did sell the faqrm back east and thats been great and that is fueling the new house and studio that is coming into completion. Tom's chemo is working and he is dealing with it well. I am so busy with the classes and events at the college- Jack Troy is coming in April and I am helping to coordinate that a little. I just want to make pots the days are too short. Iti is so nice not to be schlepping about with allof the heavy stuff- at 71 I think I will not do it much. You will find that there is so much volunteeer or just other interesting stuff to do that you will wonder how you ever had time to work. I am about to go to visit my daughter this week in Clearwater Florida. Hello to anyone you see. Hugs Jan
Hi Sharon- I am slow about getting some of these extra sites under my belt- things have be3en up and down- I was on my way to Italy this spring when Tom was dignosed with lung cancer... we decided I would go to the event there- a special workshop- and he started chemo- always difficult it did get things under control till christmas and now he is going through more chemo.
I am building a house and taking ceramics classes at the local cc. relearning my throwing skills. its fun and I get to meet a lot of great people. have not done much in the way of making money with my art - a little here and there. no one here is very familiar with my work and have not developed the collector mania that I had back east. Its OK really I am busy all the time and really don't want to go trucking about...thanks for your email! Jan richardson
